Q : How do I place an order ? A : Browse our store, add your desired drone or DJI accessories to your cart, and proceed to checkout. Follow the steps to enter your US delivery and payment details, and your order will be confirmed via email.
Q : Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it ? A : We process orders quickly to ensure fast delivery. Please contact us immediately at info@zentex.shop for any changes. Once dispatched, an order cannot be modified and must be processed as a return.
Q : Will I receive an order confirmation ? A : Yes. Once your order is successfully placed, you will receive an automated confirmation email at the address provided during checkout.
đ Shipping & Delivery
Q : Where do you ship to ? A : We currently ship within the Continental USA only. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
Q : How long will my order take to arrive ? A : Orders are processed within 2 to 3 business days and delivered within 3 to 6 business days, for a total estimated delivery time of 5 to 9 business days.
Q : How will I know when my order has been shipped ? A : Once dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking information (UPS, FedEx, or USPS) to follow your delivery.
Q : What if my order is delayed ? A : While we aim for speed, occasional delays may occur due to carrier issues or extreme weather. If your order is significantly delayed, please contact us at info@zentex.shop.

Q : What payment methods do you accept ? A : We accept all major secure payment methods, including Credit and Debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), Apple Pay, PayPal.

Q : Will I be charged in USD ? A : Yes. All prices on our website are displayed and charged in USD ($).

Q : What is your return policy ? A : We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
Note for Drones : Items must be unopened and unactivated to qualify for a full refund. Drones that have been synced to a DJI account cannot be returned unless a manufacturing defect is verified.
Q : Is return shipping free ? A : Yes. Return shipping is completely free. We will provide a pre-paid shipping label once your return is approved.
Q : How long does it take to receive my refund ? A : Once we receive and verify the item, your refund will be processed within 7 business days to your original payment method.

Q : Are your DJI drones legal to fly in the US ? A : Yes. All drones sold by Zentex are FCC-authorized models (such as the Mini 4 Pro, Mavic 4 Pro, and the new Lito series) that remain legal for sale and operation in the US in 2026.
Q : Do I need to register my drone ? A : Per FAA regulations, any drone weighing over 250g (0.55 lbs) must be registered. All drones sold here are Remote ID compliant to meet current FAA safety standards.
Q : Are the product specifications listed ? A : Yes. Flight time, camera specs, and weight are listed on each product page. If you need more technical details, feel free to reach out.
